Once you have chosen the bear/s that you would like to own. Please email me your request to julie@bearkisses.co.uk or complete the submit form.

All bears within the gallery are ready and available for immediate adoption.

As soon as payment has been received and cleared (I'm sorry) your bear will be dispatched.

I accept UK Personal Cheques, Postal Orders, Nochex and Credit Card payments via PayPal. Please do not send cash in the post.

For overseas orders I can accept PayPal or cheque's drawn on a British Bank.

All postage is charged at actual cost. All postage is via Recorded Delivery or courier depending on the weight of the bear and your preference. If you have an alternative preferred method of postage, please let me know.

I am happy to reserve any bear for you up to 3 months. I do not ask for any kind of deposit to hold your bear for this time. If you would like a bear held for longer for a special occasion etc. please contact me. I am happy to help and advise in any way to make your bear buying, a happy one.

Unfortunately I felt the need to withdraw all commissions bears and editions. This was by no means an easy decision, but I feel maybe it was the right one. I can now feel free to express myself within my work as I see fit, which hopefully means you shall get the best from me and my creativity. Happy bear hunting :)

Warranty

If you are unhappy with your bear upon receipt, I will endeavour to deal with your concern. If I cannot resolve your concern or you are not completely satisfied, you may return your bear (in received condition) within a period of 30 Days for a full refund of the purchase price excluding postal cost

Bear Kisses reserves the right to refund in full the purchase price of your bear. Your statutory rights are not affected.
